Dr. Iravani is invited to attend the 68th Annual National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. Feb, 6 of this year. Each year, the President of the United States and Members of Congress join other government officials, leaders throughout the United States, the diplomatic community, and friends from more than 140 countries to share in the spirit of friendship through prayers and thanksgiving. Since 2003, Dr. Iravani has been invited to this very important gathering and actively has been engaged.
Csime is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization established in 2010 to cultivate peace by bringing together people of different faiths, cultures and backgrounds. it strives to familiarize the middle east with the west and vice versa, and minimize misunderstandings and misconceptions through the following methods:
Promoting inter-religious dialogue amongst religious communities form around the world and intra-religious dialogue amongst Muslims.
Educating members of governmental institutions, domestically and abroad, about Islam and facilitating interdisciplinary studies in the Middle East and in the United States.
Providing a wide variety of programs ranging from religion and language classes, conferences to prison outreach in order to promote better knowledge.
